selida is a personal assistant bot: you forward an Instagram reel to its account, and it replies in the same thread with a written summary and transcript of that reel, for your own reference.

the plain-english version

selida only ever replies to messages you send it first. It never messages you unprompted and never posts anything.
Forwarding reels is free, and there is no monthly quota — no cap in the product and none hiding in here. The only limit is fair use: if an account is plainly being automated, resold, or run at a volume no person could read, we may slow it down or pause it.
Transcript pages are unlisted: they are not indexed or listed anywhere, but anyone who has the link can view one. Share links accordingly.
Summaries are AI-written from the reel's audio and frames. They can contain mistakes. Don't rely on them for medical, legal, or financial decisions.
The reels you forward belong to their creators. selida stores a transcript so you can refer back to something you already watched. Creators who want a transcript of their content removed can email us and it will be deleted.
Don't use selida to harass or spam anyone, or in ways that break Instagram's own terms.
The service is in active development: it may change, pause, or shut down, and accounts that abuse it may be suspended.

selida can also shoot a reel for you: you give it a script, pick a presenter and a room, and it films that script. This part is paid, and it is priced by the second.

A video costs 95¢ per second of the reel it is built from, with a ten-second minimum. A 30-second reel is $28.50.
The price is worked out from the source reel's length and shown to you on the page before you shoot. That quote is what you pay: it is fixed when you press the button and it does not change afterwards, whatever the render turns out to need.
You are charged on delivery, not when you press the button. If the render fails on our side — the job never lands, the presenter comes out wrong, it does not say what was written — you are not charged. That failure is ours.
Want the same script shot again — a different presenter, a different room, a delivery you like better? That is a new video at the same price.
You pay by topping up a balance, in $25, $69 or $99. A top-up credits exactly its face value; there is no bonus and no expiry beyond the one below.
Balance you have bought stays on your account for twelve months from the day you buy it.
Every presenter is generated by AI. No real person appears in your video, nobody was filmed for it, and no one's likeness is being licensed to you. What you get is a synthetic performer reading your words.
The finished video is yours to post. The claims in the script are yours too: selida writes from your own site and your own posts and it can still get things wrong, so read it before you publish it.
